The 21st International Symposium on Advances in Extraction Technologies (ExTech 2019) was held from November 9th – 13rd, hosting by the School of Chemistry of SUN SAT-SEN UNIVERSITY in Guangzhou, which is one of the most attractive and modern cities in China.
The ExTech symposium is the flagship event for the techniques of sample preparation, analytical extraction and sample clean-up. Started in 1999 by Prof. Janusz Pawliszyn (University of Waterloo), the ExTech has since been held annually around the globe.
The topic of ExTech 2019 focused on “New Extraction Materials”, and contributed sessions will showcased innovative researches, cutting edge technologies, as well as new products and techniques in a broad range of analytical chemistry.
INNOTEG was invited to attend the great event and introduced NeedleTrap technology and Concept 96 — the Coated Blade SPME System co-developed by Prof. Janusz Pawliszyn and PAS Company.
Mr. Dietmar, partner of INNOTEG gave the speech to share the new micro-extraction technology and how CONCEPT 96 shows the high throughput and fully automated in solid phase-micro extraction (SPME) for typical LC/LC-MS applications, which attracted many interests during the event and on-site demonstration.
