Blade SPME (Solid Phase Microextraction)
The Blade SPME is one of a Thin-film solid phase microextraction technology that the sorbent was been coating in a medical-grade stainless steel blade for extraction of non-volatile organic compounds from a liquid matrix. It provides both high desorption efficiency and a solution compatible with injection for LC-MS.

ADVANTAGES
- It is an open bed (bedless) sorbent that may be put into direct contact with very complex sample, such as blood, urine, or animal or vegetable tissue
- None of the traditional SPE clogging problems
- Relative to fiber SPME, both the volume of extraction phase and the surface-to-volume ratio are significantly larger, which translates to better sensitivity
- Larger surface to volume ratio allows a higher uptake rate per unit time
- Five type blade:C18 / HLB / DVB / WAX / WCX
- The Brush configuration is suitable for high throughput processing of aqueous samples for liquid chromatographic application
- Environment friendly technology
