HLB

HLB hydrophilic lipophilic balance filler is prepared by special copolymerization technology and contains a specific proportion of hydrophilic and hydrophobic groups: hydrophobic divinylbenzene structure retains
non-polar compounds, and hydrophilic N-vinyl pyrrolidone structure retains polar compounds. The filler has good water wettability and can adjust the hydrophilic lipophilic balance through the aqueous phase, so as to obtain ideal selectivity. HLB has a good recovery rate for acidic, neutral and alkaline compounds from non-polar to medium polarity. It is especially suitable for the treatment of complex substrates such as blood, urine and food.

C18

PSA

Similar to NH2, PSA has weak anion exchange and positive phase retention. The two amino groups of PSA (pKa is 10.1 and 10.9, respectively) provide greater
ion exchange capacity and can extract polar compounds through hydrogen bonds. In addition, PSA forms a complex with metal ions, which can retain some metal
ions.

Florisil

Activated, pesticide residue grade Florisil is a porous adsorbent with strong polarity and high activity, which can adsorb target compounds with low
and medium polarity, such as organic pesticides containing chlorine, nitrogen and phosphorus. In the detection of pesticide residues, Florisil column has good effect and low cost. It is adopted by EPA 608 method and NY / T 761 method of the Ministry of agriculture of China.

GCB

GCB (graphitized carbon black) is composed of nonporous flake molecules with aromatic positive six membered ring structure and positive electricity.
It has the dual retention mechanism of reverse phase and ion exchange. It can retain both nonpolar compounds (such as organochlorine pesticides) and
strongly polar compounds (such as surfactants). GCB is a flaky material without pores, so the extraction speed is very fast, and the adsorption capacity is
greater than that of silica gel.

Alumina

Highly active porous alumina, whose surface electrons can form pi-pi interaction with aromatic rings, has strong polarity retention ability. Compared with unbound silica gel, alumina is more stable in high pH environment and is suitable for the extraction of aromatic amines. After special treatment, alumina has three types: acidic (Al-A), neutral (Al-N) and basicity (Al-B), which can match the target compounds with different properties respectively.
