INNOTEG successfully illuminated the Smart Lab theme with innovation at analytica 2024, Germany

On April 12th, the four-day exhibition of analytica 2024 concluded successfully. INNOTEG rounded off its first overseas debut with a striking booth, a comprehensive range of products, and professional service quality.

As a major global event in laboratory technology, analysis, and biotechnology, analytica 2024 highlighted a new development opportunity within the industry—the Smart Lab. The solutions and technological equipment exhibited by many vendors, including INNOTEG, demonstrate that automation, environmental sustainability, and low carbon initiatives are becoming the prevailing trends in the scientific instruments industry, signaling the dawn of a new era.

With decades of industry experience, Tegent Group has been keenly aware of these trends early on. Hence, at analytica 2024, our proprietary brand, INNOTEG, presented mature scientific research solutions and products that cater to the needs for industrial automation and ecological transformation. The products and solutions are closely aligned with the specific requirements of the Smart Lab:

  • Intelligent Automation
  • Green Technology
  • High Precision, High Efficiency

Starting the Smart Lab Experience with Fundamental Experimental Steps

Keywords: Efficient Data Communication, Remote Control Monitoring, Precise Adjustment

Stirring is a fundamental yet often overlooked step in laboratory operations.

At this exhibition, INNOTEG introduced the WM-1 magnetic stirrer↗, which can be equipped with an RS485 interface for efficient data communication, enhancing the level of automation and intelligence in the laboratory. Through remote control and monitoring, it can precisely adjust the stirring speed to optimize the experimental process, ensuring the accuracy and repeatability of experimental results.

According to feedback summarized from many attendees’ experiences at the event, the intelligent design of the WM1 magnetic stirrer addresses various aspects of basic experimental operations, improving the traditional stirring experience. Its data driven features also eliminate many unnecessary time costs.

Integration from Parts to Whole: Fully Automated Compound Preparation Analysis

Keywords: Integrated, High Precision, Fully Automated Workstation Control

Traditional separation, detection, and collection of compounds involve a series of experimental techniques and steps. However, the INNOTEG EasyPrep Purification Preparative Chromatography System↗ now handles all these tasks, which is why many attendees turned their heads in interest.

INNOTEG EasyPrep Purification Preparative Chromatography System↗

This is an integrated rapid purification preparative chromatography system capable of separating, detecting, and collecting compounds. It features high-precision metering pumps resistant to solvent corrosion and fully automated workstation control, aligning more closely with the daily practices of chemical operators.

Efficient and practical, green and environmentally friendly

Keywords: Pollution Elimination, Reliable Safety, Sustainable

Green, low-carbon, and sustainable development are important global themes.

At this event, INNOTEG introduced the Sampling Case B↗, a portable respiratory sampling system. This automatic sampling device, used in conjunction with Needle Trap technology, uses a CO2 sensor to identify breathing cycles. It can eliminate contaminants from oral and environmental gases at the preprocessing stage, providing completely non-invasive, reliable, and safe results for respiratory analysis.

Products from the same series are applicable in multiple fields including medical diagnostics and environmental testing, offering a more sustainable alternative to traditional methods.

New Product of Microextraction Creates Infinite Possibilities for Green Chemistry

Keywords: Microextraction, VOCs, Avoiding Secondary Pollution, Green Chemistry

Microextraction technology is a sample preparation technique widely applied in fields such as environmental science and pharmaceuticals.

INNOTEG has introduced its independently developed Thin Film SPME (Solid Phase Microextraction)↗, a microextraction technique that loads the extractive phase onto a carbon mesh. By increasing the volume and surface area of the extractive phase, this method enhances adsorption capacity and extraction efficiency. The coating is more durable and less prone to detachment, creating greater possibilities for trace VOCs analysis.

The process is easy to operate, quick, and efficient, avoiding secondary environmental pollution and aligning with the development needs of green chemistry.

Smart Lab Foundation: high quality Consumables

Keywords: High Quality, Stable Performance, Durability, Waste Reduction

Consumables are indispensable in laboratories. High-quality consumables typically offer more stable performance and better durability, helping researchers achieve more precise results. Several classic products from INNOTEG received high acclaim from attendees at this exhibition.

INNOTEG SPE Cartridges are widely applicable, available with various fillings and in full specifications to meet various national and industry standards. Made with high-purity silica, these products are stable and reliable; they offer higher reproducibility with a relative standard deviation (RSD) < 0.1%; they are also easy to operate, achieving the desired flow rate under natural gravity.

INNOTEG Syringe Filters↗ feature housings made of polypropylene with low dissolution and high chemical stability, ultrasonically welded and leak-proof edges, withstanding pressures up to 8 bar. All products use imported high-quality microporous membranes, which have minimal adsorption of samples, ensuring high recovery of small or valuable samples to reduce waste. They have standard interfaces for easy connection with various syringes.

INNOTEG Sample Vials↗ are made from Type I borosilicate glass, which is low in metal content to prevent sample degradation or leaching and is less prone to breaking. Available in multiple sizes including 2ml, 4ml, 20ml, and 40ml, these vials come with caps fitted with white PTFE/red silicone septa. PTFE faces the interior, offering better solvent chemical compatibility, while silicone facilitates easier piercing during sampling. Precut septa are the optimal choice, allowing for easy piercing and reducing the possibility of debris.

This exhibition provided INNOTEG an opportunity to showcase its commitment to innovation and quality manufacturing to both domestic and international distributors and clients, enhancing its brand globally.

Although the exhibition has concluded, INNOTEG’s journey of “craftsmanship quality” continues. The future transformation towards high-end, intelligent, and green conversion of traditional industries, as well as the rapid development of emerging industries using new materials and new energy, means that the demand for quality and innovation in scientific instruments will continue to grow. INNOTEG will keep integrating cutting-edge technology to enhance the quality of its products and services, aiding researchers in ensuring the reliability and accuracy of their experiments, improving research efficiency, and contributing to the creation of a Smart Lab research environment.
