EasyVac Anti-corrosion Diaphragm Pump

The EasyVac Anti-corrosion diaphragm pump is a two-stage pump with medium gas. All parts in contact with gas are made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) material. It has high corrosion resistance and wide application range, can completely replace water circulation.

The pump is suitable for the treatment of corrosive gases in chemical, pharmaceutical, petrochemical and other industries, such as suction filtration, vacuum distillation, rotary evaporation, vacuum concentration, centrifugal concentration, solid phase extraction, etc.

  • Anti-strong chemical corrosion
    • The corrosion-resistant diaphragm pump uses a special diaphragm (with a PTFE coating on the surface) and pump head design, including all joints and pipelines, to ensure that the parts in contact with gas are all made of imported PTFE material. Therefore, it can resist most corrosive gases.
  • Non-polluting and maintenance-free
    • The diaphragm pump can achieve complete solvent recovery. It is a dry pump without water or oil, requiring no routine cleaning, tubing replacement, water change, or other maintenance.
  • Low Noise, Low Vibration
    • The corrosion-resistant diaphragm pump adopts an electric motor direct-drive power transmission, with no intermediate transmission parts. Combined with the low stroke and low noise characteristics of the diaphragm, the noise level of the product can be maintained below 70 dB.
  • Overheat Protection
    • Each product is equipped with a temperature protection switch. The pump will automatically stop when the internal temperature is too high and will restart on its own after the temperature cools down, ensuring the stability and safety of the system.
